CIMB Platinum MasterCard v. CIMB Visa Signature. Which card is better for shopping online?

CIMB platinum mastercard rebate is for travel only. Visa signature is for dining and online shopping.

visa signature can use to buy online air tickets right? since it is online purchases as well

Technically speaking yes. Their t&c dun seem to differentiate unlike ocbc. As long merchant code states online.

HSBC advance card - 2.5% above $2000, no min spending, capped at $70 overall.

CIMB visa signature - 10% for online shopping(merchant code must reflect online), capped at $50. Min spending $600 overall.

Your paypal purchase is through a webstore or some seller pass you the link? Coz it may reflect differently on bank statement and may or may not entitled you for rebates if merchant codes dun tally.

I think dbs live fresh need min $400 offline spending. If u cant hit that, then u wun get the $60 even if u spent $2000.
