Helloooo I found this trend and I feel that it will be nice if I can share abit also.
im gonna list out some common things about our batch.

1. Most of us are from NTU and NUS, all second upper and above, all from different courses.
2. 80% of the guys are from OCS or home team in NS
3. All the guys are really fit & strong **especially upper body
4. Most of us are fresh grad, the rest grad a year earlier than us.
5. All of us are very chill, friendly and clam.

Some thoughts:
I personally think that the online assessment plays a very important part. To be honest, the panel interview was pretty easy for me. They asked about my hobby, my course, how can I contribute in ICA, something like that. They didnt ask about some chim ICA questions like "what is the latest policy of Singapore".

Key points of answering : show your leadership and responsibility, don't get angry, don't be bossy, always have plan B.
I heard my batch have around 4k applicants, the success rate is 0.03%. Good luck! :)

ps. I typed this at 2am, hopefully I didnt make any mistake

Can i have your timeline date bro? Cos my assessment this wednesday, i not sure how long, quite nervouse. After online assessment, what will be next step?
How did your assessment go?

My timeline is not a good gauge as I had to postpone my online assessment for 1 month due to personal circumstance.

I was contacted for panel interview about 1 week after my online assessment. And the day after panel, they arranged for my medical check up at the end of this month.

Hello. Do you know how long is the average waiting time between medical and offer? And when will the earliest/next batch start?

Hi, I applied for Inspector position since March this year. The online assessment via Zoom is basically testing for your logical and verbal reasoning abilities similar to an IQ test, followed by questions to gauge your personality. Panel via zoom with 2 directors, 1 senior advisor, 1 secretariat and 1 other personnel.
Hi
May i know for the online assesment how long does it take and How is the IQ test done? Are the questions being asked to you by someone and we answer verbally?

Hello.
How long one takes to finish depends on the individual, but iirc you'll be given 2-2.5 hours to complete the IQ and personality test.

It will be conducted through zoom. Only verbal section is when instructions are given to you by the HR staff then they will send the links to complete the tests on your own computer. So just read, think and answer.

Really need to know yourself, your experiences (education, work, cca etc) and motivations.

In addition to the typical interview questions like "Tell me about yourself", "Why ICA", "How can you contribute", some questions could be on why you decided to pursue a degree, why that specific course, what other jobs have you applied/worked in and why those positions, how would your friends describe you and your value system.

Prepare for situational questions too.
