So before she confessed in Parliament, they did not ask her to resign. If they did, the radar would be on her and the party, and tongues will wag..."What happened?"

After she confessed, tongues NOW wag, and she became a liability to the party, and they decided that she must be gotten rid of?

Well the narrative seems to be RK lied- WP ask her own up, while giving her time to settle emotionally and all the what nots- Eventually she did- then removed.

So imo they would have considered removing her once she confessed, which was supposed to be way earlier. They didn’t remove her outrightly once she told them the truth because of the emotional/family what nots.
