How is this compared to nVidia Shield TV? I don't see it being compared in the website.

Does it work like any other tv box which we can sideload apps into it? And does google playstore work in this tv box?

If you'll be kind enough to send me a Nvidia shield TV box, I'll be glad to fully review it and compare it
It does side load apk files without issues, and Google play store comes pre-installed and works fine. You can read my full review via the link and see that I've ran all the benchmarks -which requires either playstore or side loading.

No. According to Ugoos themselves, "All our Ugoos TV box are without Netflix license"

Which is the best android box with best resolution by far? User-friendly, senior-friendly as well, plug and play. Can it watch Taiwan shows too?

Most boxes can manage 4k resolution. user friendly? to a point. You got Homatics which is pretty much plug and play. (but also pretty expensive). I cannot recommend illegal boxes with pre-installed channels. Nor do I know which ones are sold here. There is plenty of possibilities to install IPTV on any box and use it reliably.

Sure. Most video and photo editing related apps would enjoy a smoother faster operation
