A three-year study by SingHealth Polyclinics has revealed that unplanned pregnancies are on the rise. In a survey of more than 9,700 pregnant women conducted between mid-2017 to 2020, one in 10 said they asked for referrals to gynaecologists for abortions. Most of these women were under 20 or over 40 years. Many were single and from poorer households. Doctors are calling for easier and better access to family planning. Sabrina Ng reports.

I hope the message will be females need to take responsibility for their ownself actions.

And not the message where society must be sensitized to these females' needs.
And bear the socialized costs for these irresponsible females.
And gib privileges to these females.

And therefore sending the message females are enabled to be as irresponsible as they rike.
And society will always clean up after them.

I tot gov wants ppl to chiong birth rate?

With loose immigration policy there ish no need for new births.
I thinks the only reason to support birth rate ish to gib privileges to moms to keep peasant women heypi nia,

poorer ppl always makes bad decisions, that's the main reason why they are poor, its a sad reality and this group seldom make it in life. poorer parents are mostly uneducated, makes bad decision and no plans for future ,which greatly affects the child.
