Hi all.. as i understand for Bingo.. we need to pay 39USD to get 3 bingo cards... anybody know if as a family we can play together .. i mean we only buy 1 set (3 bingo cards) for 1 family? .. or they only allow 1 person play for 1 set?

Just play together, they dont care who play and dont have which card will tie to who.

They are strict with the boarding time. If you come earlier also, you will not allow to go in until your checking time.

how come my one, anyone who come also can board regardless of check in time? they never also check mine when i was there....

Bingo need to pay

I remember it was free during my last trip in covid time.

Wah... free bingo!
then the prize for the winner come from where?

probably RC earned a lot from bingo card sales and they can afford to organize free bingo during covid...! o_O

Hi experts for cruises. Going on my first Royal Carribean cruise in May on Spectrum, with my family, with kids and elderly.

I'm looking at the packages to buy. Appreciate advice from experts here.

1. Is The Key worthwhile? If I purchase it for one room, does everyone in the room of the right age get their own internet or there's only one to share?
2. Are the beverage packages worth it? I am not looking to drink alcohol and non-coffee drinker. But elderly in another room drinks coffee. I see there's also bottled water package. Can we bring our own bottle to fill up at the ship? Is there kettle in the rooms to make tea?
3. At Penang, is it worth to buy any tour package or just booking own transport, e.g. grab is alright? What are the recommended places to go in Penang for local food / sightseeing?

Hi anyone tried the babies and tots program? Or similar activities for kids? Got a one year old and a 2.5 year old, would be helpful if they can have their own fun

any tips for upgrading ?

i saw many are mentioning about the Key
notice its like $29 per pax per day.
if i'm going 5D4N, i would probably need 4 days of Key X 4 pax

beverages also need to upgrade?
not drinking beer or stuff.
coke or plain water will do fine but i saw there was a water package..
you mean the water in the cruise is not free?
then how? died of thirst? :D

unlimited dining package looks good but i saw many exclusion..

tips please

Dont need to upgrade.
Complimentary drinks and food enough to make u put on weight.
If u going onshore, dont even have time to drink.

Back tracking to read on some posts. Seems like the key is not recommended especially for shorter trips?

Hi everyone, doing my first cruise this week and wanted to check - the earliest "wellness check" timing I could select in the app when I was checking in was 1.30 pm. I assume this is also my selected boarding time. Am I able to go earlier in the morning to try to board earlier, or I won't be able to until my selected timing? If i can go earlier, what would be a good time to do so? Thanks!
you must have checked in "late" to only see 1:30pm. but what other has stated is true, you wont be allowed into the terminal if you showed up early

Kids need to pay tax too although "sail for free", so not totally $0.

U can try book early.

I booked mine 6mths before sail date for 2adult 1kid 5D4N at $1.6k balcony room

The rate for 2pax vs 4pax room is different. So although they're not charged any fare, the fares of the 2 adult is already higher.

For me really not worth it now unless the price only slight diff from the voom surf and steam.

Hi guys, a couple of questions:

1) Is there still a wellness check? Particularly for my child who is unvaccinated?

2) I bought the Key, what time should we be there?

Official reply:

Kindly note the following regarding our vaccination and testing requirements:

Vaccination:

We recommend that guests be fully vaccinated against COVID‐19, if eligible.

While vaccination is not required, we kindly ask you to disclose your status during check-in to ensure we maintain a highly vaccinated onboard population.

Testing:

As of November 2nd, 2022, testing is no longer required – regardless of vaccination status – on all Singapore departures.

1. there is still a "wellness check" but its a general one not covid specific.
2. you should receive a separate email with the benefits, it would also indicate the time. but i believe its also the first boarding time as you have Chops Grille Menu lunch at MDR

My parents really enjoyed the key benefits cause can cut queue when we board, shiok feeling to bypass everyone hahaha
Convenient to have them bring your bags INSIDE yr room while you have lunch cause first day windjammer is crazy crowded so nice to have a private lunch in MDR. Food-wise not bad but just a bit better than the usual MDR offerings tbh.
Priority departure also good at penang cause by the time you reach is alrdy quite late so being the first to leave the port wasnt so crowded yet, can easily walk out to book my grab (no surge yet).
Mostly good cause we intended to get wifi anyway so i only paid slightly more for the key.

Didnt use the private time for activities cause either very early or late, but anyway with old folks they are not interested in the activities hahaha.
