With the current prices of electricity. Don't think I will be getting a 4000 series just yet. I just hope Nvidia comes out with more power efficient card from the 5000 series onwards. 1000w min for higher end card is no joke
It's ok, idle consumpion and surfing hwz/youtube doesn't draw much power...

Yes, limited air flow. Luckily i have side ventilation holes, not big but bigger than 92mm size, and both are position so nicely that my Fuma2 and RTX can draw cool air from the outside. Front intake is just a miserable bottom slot. :s13:
This casing shout premium all over but for today standard, it hardly can survive. I have opt for a gpu fan bracket so my GT fan is just 1cm away from the RTX hence my RTX temp is very good.
It's after i replaced my GTX1070 with the RTX3070Ti then i discover all these short comings. :s13:
Temp is good for simple work, but when you rev up the game, all hell break loose. :s13:

That is why.... i bought a Phanteks P600s and will migrate the system over this weekend and keep my Soldam.

haha i had one in the past, passed down from my dad. Too bad I gave it away. Would make for an interesting project, those cases are finished nicely and are pretty well built.

thinking of getting a evga 3060 ti xc at $744.. does anyone anticipate the prices going down in the next few weeks? the Galax one is $800 but I was under the impression evga is better. zotac also around $799 and I think it's noisy.

3060ti at 750 sounds like a pretty good buy to me.

With USD exchange rate & shipping rate going up
Think Distros will increase prices so that they can have higher buffer for cost increase

If you want to get it, just get it and use it. No point wondering next few weeks will price drop or not. You buy for $744 now, 4 weeks later drop to $734, then these 4 weeks you only save $10, worth it? Or you buy now and enjoy the card?
All eVGA, Zotac, Galax are good cards.

Hi Ya. it's rather lenghty hor plus i sore throat lol.. anyway if bros here got any better suggestion, just type out ya.. cos this is my own style.

Thanks for this guide

Undervolted my 3060Ti, shaved off 90-100W power draw and lowered temps by more than 10 degs
