Samsung sucks

Currently experiencing a very bad customer service with Samsung. I have a 7 mths old warranty washing machine that went down, repair man came & could not fix it, stated it needs to be carried back w/o providing me a date. Its been 6 days of waiting, not a single call from Samsung when the machine will be carried back for repair. Repeated calls and email to CEO yielded no progress and every time says that they are looking into the matter. 11 days w/o a washing machine and the bad unit still sitting in my house awaiting for Samsung to take back. Such a big company with sells quality products but having such poor service provided to their customers, am disgusted. The physical service center at Plaza Sing only handles handphones, not home appliances, else I would have attempt to make a physical compliant to the shop there. Is there anything I can do further to escalate this matter? Any advice?

same lousy experience with Samsung 2 door fridge/freezer. Samsung Freezer broke down before CNY, serviceman came and did a cleanup, appliance broke down the next day, we kept calling them. Customer Service kept saying the service center will call and give us an appointment. They never did. I called every other day. One time I asked to speak to the manager, they grudgingly gave me an appointment 4 days later. However, he called me and said he was sick and could not come. He told me to wait again for the service center to call us. we are back to waiting again. it’s been 5 days, I have called daily and still no call back. I have no idea what to do. I have messaged them on facebook they did not reply as well. I will never ever buy Samsung again. Atrocious Technical support

Buy LG next time. Use ten years still using. I was hoping for it to spoil so I can buy new ones. :ROFLMAO:

samsung singapore customer service is just like non-existence after you paid $.

i encountered once i scared liao. no way i would buy another samsung product anymore.

not sure why but i avoid samsung appliances and tv like plague, i went with LG for tv, fridge and washing machine at the same time all served me 3.5 years still healthy

that time my fridge had a humming noise, they came down to replace the compressor for me 45 mins done

overall ok la....

I had Samsung appliances before. Similarly encountered terrible service. Eversince, Samsung is banned from my household!

LG fridge is good. quite durable and long lasting, using for more than 7 years already

for washing machine (tecno) i got no issues since 12 years ago. still waiting for it to spoil so i can buy new wan.

i wouldn’t look at samsung if i gonna replace my home appliances

.. nowadays things are made to spoiled easily else how they make money, it's up to us to improvise else create a lot of wastage..

Those call center, customer services , are the worst in the world.
so, most of them overseas centers/services?
