They already said this is an offer for compliance purposes, that's why it's not priced attractively.

Just checked my cdp today and saw that I actually got the excess, but yesterday it was short of 50k excess :D

I subscribed for excess cause I expect the price to be at least 8c:D In addition, I bought 200k nil paid rights for 1c in order to be sure of getting the shares.

Ytd sold 200k at 8.6c.

care to share how you earn from this way?

u paid 1c to get the rights and 8c to subscribe per share.. so u paid 9c in total for per share. correct?

yet you sold at 8.6c?

If shareholders don’t sell the shares to Temasek, means SMM will forever listed?

nobody would sell unless SMM suddenly drop to 7c or below...
Thr major shareholder now is institution. Million lot of shares is in their hand. If they want to dump 10% shares to lower down the value and make retailer panicking, possible?

They buy from Rights.

Those that subscribe the Rights, some are selling making profit.
I believe most who subscribed are averaging down their cost and waiting for the upturn. Those who did not subscribe fear of loosing more :D
