You all smart alec talk so much cock. Since you all conclude that the draw isn't random enough, I'm sure you can come up with a way to exploit it and earn a profit right? Hindsight is 20/20, machiam like all the forex and stock experts who look at past prices then tell you all where the best moment to buy is.

Winning number(s) starting with :
"0" = 1 time
"1" = 9 times
"2" = 3
"3" = 2
"4" = 0
"5 = 0
"6" = 2
"7" = 2
"8" = 2
"9" = 2
======
Total 23

If each number has equal chance of appearing, then each number is expected to appear
Expected = 23/10 = 2.3 times

So 9 times number 1 is way off the expected 2.3 times.

If use statistics (we need some data to calculate standard deviation), it can be shown that the probability of any number appearing 9 times instead of the expected 2.3 times is extremely extremely extremely low.

Add :
The probability of having 9 winning numbers starting with "1" out of 23 winning numbers is :

23C9 x (0.1)^9 x (0.9)^14
= 0.000186

This means that if there are 3 draws per week and there are 52 weeks per year, this has an average of happening once in every 34 years.

The thing is the probability is more frequent than what you state because if it happens with "2" or "3" or any other number you would have said the same thing. So it's 10 times more frequent. Plus you also have to add in all occurrence of 10 times and more of same number appearing.
