Online there is a glitch actually, that’s why all can use the voucher. Also yours is not the $100 recontract voucher. Yours is C12 voucher, different thing bro.

Nah all plans can use de la see t&c.

They show me Store T&Cs, it clearly state the $100 is for XO Plus recontract then can use. They don’t let me use voucher on Combo plans… Push me to recontract online instead…

But I have my own way, and I use it anyways Power of evidence

I know last time there is post saying those yearly voucher if you happened to forget to apply, you call in and CSO allow you to offset with subscription fees.

My clearly state it is Recontract Voucher, first time encountering this. I was like it’s a Recontract Voucher, why cannot use.

But the salesperson, she really kind, helpful and really want to help me. Thank god I didn’t tio guy, confirm very hard to talk through.

how about those apps that need verification code when installed in new device? eg. Whatsapp, Telegram, etc.
all need to reactivate?

i put in the new sim card only after i completed the transfer … then i open whatsapp on new phone
verification is fast !

TraceTogether app … this one needs to input your critical data; name contact number … NRIC DATE OF ISSUE !
so if u one of those few who goes out without ic or token … jialat
your paired bluetooth devices needs to be re-paired …
so too your applewatch (straightforward)

my only bother are those apps downloaded with different accounts eg UK store, US store … and these accounts i use for wife’s or son’s apple id … bcoz of the authentication … i gotta wait till they’re home then download these apps (they stay offloaded meanwhile) … then no need to bother them for the sms code

Wth sia, recon at SingTel shop, once walk out of store, my old SIM card no service on my current phone.. lol!
Heng got another line via esim.. else need find 1 place n change SIM card.
