Anyone feel the difference when not using computer for that day versus using computer for the entire day?



Playing a video game or finishing up some work on computer before bed may keep you awake long after you turn the computer off. A new study shows that the bright light of a computer screen may alter the body's biological clock and suppress the natural production of melatonin that's critical to the normal sleep-wake cycle.

I only can sleep after using computer

When your baseline sleep standard is already with computer usage, it cannot be further reduced by using computer.

Modern problems require modern solutions

not rly abt using computer but like you need to take your brain off and relax b4 u sleep la

This was already known long ago.

Need reduce the amount of blue light you are getting at night before you go to sleep. There are already options to reduce the blue light emitted from computer and phone screens at night

Last time no hear before people watch TV whole day will loss sleep.. Why computer will ar?
