any person who appears nude in a public place; or
in a private place and is exposed to public view is criminally liable.
The penalty may vary from a fine not exceeding $2,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or both.

What is Considered “Nude”?

The word “nude” is used to refer to a person “clad in such a manner as to offend public decency or order”. Hence, the scope of situations that could be covered is potentially wide.

so, who decides whether just wearing pants is offensive?

Here you go, it can be an act of public nuisance as well. Applies to both parties :s13:

This guy how old already?

Adult or small kid?

When he come across a problem, why don't he face the problem himself? Instead need internet to back him?

Just talk to the woman face to face. Call police also can. Ask the woman please don't harassed him can already.

What for post video?

personal antecote. i used to have a unwilling wakeup call at 4am due to someone needing to slap his sides during warm up. the slapping was done like 50+m away and probably about the same volume as a normal phone ringing. u can imagine the amount of grumbling all over. too many people jumping onto the bandwagon for this which is not clear cut unlike the poly lecturer case......

I don't agree with what the Chinese woman was doing.
She had a smug facial expression at the end after banging the gong.
This is probably one event in a series of incidents between neighbours.
Where are the RC and Block Committees, Town Council and the MP to mediate long before this?
Before escalate to a police case.
And don't forget there are other neighbours in flats on the same storey.
