Both parties are contributing to the noise.
However, the Indian guy is also in violation of
section 27A of the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act (MOPONA).

I hope SPF will do the right thing and punish both parties for being a public nuisance and another a second charge of public nuisance to the indian guy for being nude in public view.
During my time, the various races are more united. Although got issues, ppl are generally more tolerant. The Singapore spirit was much stronger.
I think there is no point to catch every single racist case. Many are unreported.
Need to solve the root cause. It’s a wider problem.

I have quoted the definition of "naked/nude" in my earlier posti believe it is called "half naked", not "naked".
You could report them. Those siao-on police on patrol sometimes also ask ppl put clothes onI’ve seen people going jogging with less clothes on
I have quoted the definition of "naked/nude" in my earlier post
any person who appears nude in a public place; orpretty sure he's not in his underwear.
any person who appears nude in a public place; or
in a private place and is exposed to public view is criminally liable.
The penalty may vary from a fine not exceeding $2,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or both.
What is Considered “Nude”?
The word “nude” is used to refer to a person “clad in such a manner as to offend public decency or order”. Hence, the scope of situations that could be covered is potentially wide.
should post on his fb since he is the anti-racism spokesman........Mr. Shan commented about this already?
Now everything also say racism. So next time wanna fight or quarel, pick someone of same raceso long as different races have dispute = racism?
