Both parties are contributing to the noise.

However, the Indian guy is also in violation of
section 27A of the Miscellaneous Offences (Public Order and Nuisance) Act (MOPONA).

I hope SPF will do the right thing and punish both parties for being a public nuisance and another a second charge of public nuisance to the indian guy for being nude in public view.

I’ve seen people going jogging with less clothes on

I don’t think this is racism. Just disrespect of other religions

imagine next time someone just douse the flames in front of you when you are burning kim zua. Disrespectful right

this has no place in society. We cannot disrupt other religious practices and rituals. Live and let live

During my time, the various races are more united. Although got issues, ppl are generally more tolerant. The Singapore spirit was much stronger.

I think there is no point to catch every single racist case. Many are unreported.

Need to solve the root cause. It’s a wider problem.

Tot this has been the short cut approach to solve problems?? Notch enuff peepur juz import... Nao gotch such issues juz let them lim kopi... They dunch care about the root cause huanz rahz... :o:frown:

This is not racism. If the guy is a Chinese ringing a bell, the auntie will do the same too...

pretty sure he's not in his underwear.
any person who appears nude in a public place; or
in a private place and is exposed to public view is criminally liable.
The penalty may vary from a fine not exceeding $2,000 or imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or both.

What is Considered “Nude”?

The word “nude” is used to refer to a person “clad in such a manner as to offend public decency or order”. Hence, the scope of situations that could be covered is potentially wide.

so, who decides whether just wearing pants is offensive?
