Managed to get the Thin Plate Spline Motion working.
But the result only has an output resolution of 256x256.

You have record yourself and crop the video to a square dimension.
But at least it gives you control on the head movement.
I think the only way to get good results is to try many times, and check which output looks good.

It is also for building our own community around AI girls on Twitter, Youtube and Tiktok.
A large community will enable Patreon, but need like >50K followers on Twitter for it to work.
Tiktok needs 100K followers while YouTube needs 4000 hours of watch time in 12 months.

Just released a new video format that uses motion capture data from Thin Plate Spline Motion and Sadtalker.
I noticed that retention period tends to be higher when there is more accurate facial animation.

I am also shifting out of iMovie and move everything into CapCut.
iMovie is ultra-slow in 4K export.
