I have decided to keep my YT Shorts to have only TPSM animation while Twitter & Tiktok have depth-based animation instead.
Unfortunately, good quality TPSM animation takes a few days to produce for one character, so I thought of changing the clothing of the character in order to fully fill the video with content. I will know if this method can work soon.

I am not using D-ID or Hey Gen as both services are expensive. I remember Hey Gen does not have an idle mode animation.

This one is a depth-based animation video from my Tiktok channel.
My eye blinking technique now has 10 frames for closing eyes.

Colab now disconnects your session immediately if your script has specific keywords and when you launch the Gradio web-ui.
Control-net now has to be loaded from the Install from URL section instead of the script because it contains "sd-webui" keyword.

I realised that I haven't been hitting the right search keywords until I released the skirt topic video.
Then eventually the analytics reported a >70% traffic from YT search.
This brought in a lot more viewers within the same time frame compared to previous videos.

small preview can go 4 image per min
high quality can go up to 5min per image

Can still use Colab for now, but need to use multiple accounts if you are medium workload user.

For small channels to grow, I think focusing on skirt topics is a good idea.

Check out the YT channel called Conceptual AI Artist, and you will know what I meant.
