Planning to port in to Starhub CIS for 18 Pro. I think the demand for Pro not as high (vs Pro Max) right?

Anybody understand what this devicedollar do? Can it apply to new iPhone after 24mths plan end when recontract. Their port over looks interesting. Only issue is with the global roaming services

I think this year the demand for Pro and Pro Max will not be high as everyone will be aiming for the Duo

I just recently found out Starhub does not have 2-year device plans anymore.

if you are like me and recontracted last year 17 Sept 2025 for IPhone 17, then you will be hit with Early Termination Charge (ETC) which is monthly fee x12 months remaining if you pre order for iPhone 18 now due to change to Ultimate plans.

You can only recontract on 13th month to waive ETC but you still need to pay $350 for handset upgrade which is the same as previous years.

The problem is iPhone Duo preorder on 16 October 2026.
You can only preorder on 17 October 2026 to avoid ETC.
1 day later and I am not sure if still available.

No wonder Starhub thread is so quiet now as most people have shift to other providers.

Really disappointed with Starhub.
Please email support and raise your concerns and get them to escalate to management to change the terms and conditions to allow us to preorder iPhone Duo on 16 October.
