When you click the link, does it pop up to ask for your Hub ID? That should still work.

However, as mentioned, they are saying the link is only for new customers. My friend (existing Starhub 1Gbps customer) checked with Starhub Jurong Point shop a few weeks ago and he could not get the offer either.

I am an existing customer. I saw your link a few weeks ago and applied. Everything already installed. It is 5G plan with the Nokia ONR that comes with wifi ie XS-2426X-A plus a beacon 2.

How possible is it to change the promo wording from ONR to ONT?

Yes. I'm back to existing 1gb ONT till it's sorted

They really dont want to retain customers ah. Haha.

I was able to proceed by adding starhub to my browser's cookie exception. My current address is showing as fiber ineligible. My new address in mid october shows eligible. So I continued with using new address. The summary shows ONT voice, however the service address is not reflecting my new address.
So I could not proceed with the submit order button...
This happens with both the ONR and ONT links...

To update: my fibre link is down since this morning. I think starhub messed up the cutover. Contacted them they which they said need a few hours to restore the 1gb connection.

Seem like SH installation and activation service is quite mess up in recent months.

I just tried, my own house address at Tampines is not eligible, but my parents place at Bedok is eligible.

The plan actually states: "Exclusive: UltraSpeed 5Gbps ONT at $29.55" and the router selection is "Smart WiFi (WiFi 6) Router" at $0.

I didn't go to checkout page as wasn't intending to convert my parent's broadband. But will try to get as far later and share screenshots if I have time later.

That appointment quite buggy. I restarted the application and it finally show.
I could not proceed though as my new address would not reflect on the summary.

will follow through to try order this evening.
