You mean the recent Tai Wah's exhibition? It wasn't there... anyway I think the price is $100++
Call Tai Wah and ask...

nope. i went to their showroom. any other brands of professional hair dryer to recommend? best if ~$100.

the best is still to show the hairdresser the pic(either thru printout or phone)
I usually do the latter.

anyway that hair looks like its been layered at the top..

like someone pointed out, the pic looks slightly different ....seems like the first pic u posted the hair is thinner, hence the slope is more natural.

the 2nd and 3rd pic is slightly thicker(could be the lighting)...but becareful not to over do it might end up like a "mushroom" hair.

yes, u can ask the hairdresser to do slope ...but to achieve that and to keep a certain length I would advise against high slope try to go for at least medium slope for a more gradual and natural look.

btw is your hair dyed?...if it is it'll be easier to create that look. if its all black it'll just blend in.

Does anyone know what to tell the hairdresser for this cut?

HiroMizushimaAsianHairstyle.jpg

the video is the longer ver
usually I show them the video and tell the hairdresser to cut thin and layer, and to leave some length for the back and sides. as I prefer my hair not to be that thick yet have the volume effect..

however I can't seem to get the texture/layer right:(, heard that u need to perm/use hair iron to achieve the effect? (using only wax atm)...anybody knows(how to tell the hairdresser)?:s11::s22:

yea I did that...but doesn't always seem to work, cause at the most they just take a quick look and give the "ya, can no prob."

but end result doesn't really satisfy..either too thin or too short..lol

just show ur hairstylist and ask for his opinion. imo, you need to include a picture of ur hair for us to tell u anything at all. it could be ur natural hair texture is different from the one in the video.
