Is the site & floor plan out?

Pass by the site a few times, tearing down works ongoing for the current landmark.

Located on a quieter stretch of road, away from Chinatown bustle.

I don't find this location convenient for public transport. Maybe if you drive this location is good.

To get to Chinatown, you need to climb up the hill to walk through the park. To get to Outram Park you need to take bus 174. You can walk but it is very very far.

There are only one, two and three bedders at this project? And two bedder only one type 678sqf?

Looking at the facade, name, location.... I think this may appeal very much to Chinese buyers.... hehehe

The en bloc succeeded less than 2 months before the latest cooling measures in 2018.

This is what I like about the Landmark condo - it's location next to Pearl's Hill park. Got nice views for some of its facilities. But agree that it loses out to One Pearl Bank in terms of convenience to MRT station. OPB also has nicer architecture.

As of now, OPB is 39% sold(309 units).. of cos OPB architecture very nice & iconic compared to LM.. tats why the price oso damn iconic lor..
