I guess is because China has risen in avg family income, so they don't really want to come anymore, so industries have a shortage of ppl again, so they just allow Asean ppl to come in. This is why everywhere you see and hear Myanmar and Vietnam people. You listen to their language you know they are either Myanmar or Vietnam. Mostly in my industries like automation, equipment and mechanical fields.

How a person makes a decent living, speaks aloud what kind of person he/she is.

Try to convince a con man not to cheat when he/she has been in the trade for so long that working in decent jobs is difficult because their decent job professional certs are bought and their skill sets are well below par that complaints and lawsuits are common.
