Same CPU as the popular Asus RT-AC86U, Broadcom BCM4906, which is pretty powerful. 2 x BCM43684 for 4x4 MIMO for both 5GHz and 2.4GHz, 512MB RAM, 16MB Flash (to be confirmed). No USB ports because of low cost.

Looks like Xiaomi AX3600, Redmi AX6 and Huawei AX3 Pro are much more popular in this forum. They are only rated AX3000 though (Xiaomi AX3600 = AX3000 + N600).

I've been using this XDR5430(RMB$350) for ~2mths now, paired with XDR1850(RMB$179) wifi mesh in my 4rm HDB flat. Am glad to say, the stability is pretty good with signal coverage in every corners with no signal dropping, full bar on my IP XR as well. Doing video calls no more dropping, quite seamless.

Only slight problem is that I can get ~500-700mbps on laptop wifi speedtest, ethernet to XDR5430 almost 1Gbps, but in the room on XDR1850 I can only get max ~150mbps. I'm on SH Maxinfinity 1Gbps.

Overall, for the cheap price/combo, I think this is really a good wifi6 router. Might consider getting another XDR5430 to replace my XDR1850.
