Why i say that? Its because one thing which nobody seems to be able to agree on something so they decide to compromise and have something of everything...
Eg 205/16/50 V
205 is the width of tyre in mm...ok metric mm still ok..
16 is diameter of the rim this tyre is for in inches... Wtf?? Imperial now?
50 is wall height/thickness in % of width.. now they want pple to do maths 50% of 205mm thats 102.5mm....lol
Wait there is more... V is the speed rating.. they have both mph and km/h so both imperial and metric can use.. cool...but doubt anyone can remember the table so you need to look it up.
But they decide to make things a bit complicated for the table as well. You thought things will be in alphabetical order... Almost... Ater U, there is H then V... After Z there is W then Y... Really mind blowing table.

You don’t know that tyre thread wear-ratings have no universal standard, and each manufacturer’s wear-ratings are relative only to tyres within their own brand ... do you?
