Just call NS hotline or NS contact email, keep pestering them. But why need letter? Won't they just let you know your PES after a review?

I am OFME, they never tell me after the medical screening at cmpb.

Call the NS hotline. As someone who went through medical board before, your PES could have already been determined but the letter will come later. I got my new PES letter almost 2 month after medical board, and mine is a clear cut case.
