So ur Cr is the last thing to worry about.
Its dependent on age, weight, gender, etc

Ur egfr 80ml is fine. But i need to know ur age to interpret if good or bad. Usually for middle age. Its okay

Cholesterol total, serum is outside desirable range

Triglycerides is also not in desirable range

Like that healthy or not? Not sure man,my creatinine is like 110,2.5 years ago creatinine is like 77,efgr around 127

Depending on your age. Elderly will tends to have stage 1 renal failure when they are old.

As long as your creatinine remain below 100 you don't have to worry too much, my efgr is 5, creatinine is 1600, stage 5.

Your renal panel result are still on the green and I am sure if there Is any concerns, the doctor you inform you.

Ultimately, really just pay attention to the diet, don't have to go all out and avoid every food, just remain normal but cut down on processed food, cheese, seafood such as clam, reduce sodium, control blood sugar, and by cutting down it doesn't mean not taking, just moderation a few mouthful wouldn't affect anything at all.

Drink more plain water because it will help your kidney to filter out harmful toxins, and importantly, really try to avoid being a diabetic, because at my center, I check and 25out of 30 patients are diabetic, and renal failure mostly come from badly controlled diabetics.

If you have more question, I would be more than willing to share what I know, but a medical trained doctor would give you a more accurate answer.
