What are some natural selection phenomena that you expect to see in Singapore for the next few generations?

It can be due to survival selection or sexual selection.

Survival selection (fittest person survives) will be less relevant in today's context because almost everyone can live to a decent age with the current healthcare standards and basic food.

As a result, sexual selection becomes increasingly relevant in Singapore. Basically, what genes will be passed on to our future generations depend on who is able to get a partner and reproduce.

An example would be girls prefer taller guys and future kids would have a higher probability of being taller, increasing the average population height.

Or girls prefer richer guys working in managerial positions. Usually, these people have better social ability and intellect. They will then pass on these genes, increasing the average intellect of our future kids.

What are your thoughts?
