Banned PMD but never ban cyclist on the road which in my opinion is a bigger pest
Doubt the lives lost on the road is the deciding factors. It's those pmd burning up the hbd that made them decided to ban it. :ROFLMAO:

Much less the nuisance caused by cyclists.

According to my mom:

Open tap got water
Turn on switch got electricity
Got roof over our heads
My sibling and I got jobs
We feel safe at home
Go out grocery shopping the shelves are stocked

All these must thank government…

I rarely need a visa with my SG passport when I travel overseas.
I don't have to worry about giving bribes to public servants to get things done.
I can wear a flashy watch along the streets without worrying about getting mugged.
I have super reliable electrical, water supply and Internet access.
I have free and efficient access to vaccines.

List goes on.

I think 99% of pioneer gen would agree.

i think maybe because they have live thru the times when they saw a transition from without those things you mention to having those items you mention?

meanwhile younger sinkies see not much changes?

I think all the points except the last one already exist for a long time?

maybe my question should be more specific, what has the Govt done/improved on recently (I.e in the past 10 years)
