Breakfast done)
Eggs benedict and aeropress coffee. The hollandise sauce was a fail. Too much lemon juice again. The vietnamese coffee was great.

Lunch
A hot hideout. Take niece and nephew out for mala.

Dinner
Sushiro for a quick bite. 4 weeks left to complete one more card.

Breakfast
- 1x glass Milo Gao Kosong
- 3 strawberries

Lunch
- Steam white rice mixed with 1 tomato and chopped garlic, onion & ginger. Sprinkle with 1 tsp of EVOO before eat
- light stir fry Xiao Bai Cai with Shiiteka mushrooms. (Using groundnut cooking oil)

Tea-time
- 1 orange

Dinner
- 3 hard-boiled eggs
- cashew & almond nuts
- half or a cup of oat (optional and only if hungry)

This morning having bak chang and a cup of kopi-o xiu dai for my breakfast.
Lunch and dinner will decide later.
