Diners not a lot of shops accept. I had their $500 card back when it was introduced and I was a student. Could only use it at Swensen LOL

I think they just added? No promotion nevermind since I am just getting one for the "convenience". But then their SMS transaction alert minimum threshold amount is $100..... not like debit card where can set to 1 cent. Safe or not
