China has fought border wars just 40 years ago, while US in the short 250 years history has as many as 16 years not at war.

China won Korea war, Vietnam, and India at borders but retreated without occupying any land, and without imposing any troop there as garrison, because China was too weak to carry out.
While US troop stay to exploit ops I mean explore the resources of the respective nations that have received Democracy from US..

China as a big country never even concerned about internal affairs of other nations.
