usually buy this pasta sauce to meal prep 4-5 days of lunch.
Pasta:
boil 1 pack of pasta (once cooled, keep in container)
Sauce:
2 can of sauce
2 can of light tuna
and self made pan fry meat ball (minced meat + onion + garlic + hua tiao wine).
add them together and mix. (once cooled, keep in container)
everyday just take abit of pasta + some sauce with ingredients then heat them together. faster, healthier & tastier than maggie
