it is not the same to judge a person based on how many siblings he or she has and what position he or she is in the family, as compared to judging based on a paper test. The former is just a gross extrapolation based on stereotypes.how?

Sometimes they don’t ask such questions in interviews but they require it to be answered in their job application forms....Been in such low quality interview and got this question before (& other bad questions).
Not sure whether izzt illegal in Singapore or not. But this kind of interview question will not be ask in a well established company with proper HR policy; well interview process & trained interviewing personnel.
If anything, how sibling factor even contribute to the work ability and result?
