Just wondering, because I believe I have a case of wrongful dismissal and forced resignation / Involuntary resignation.

I have a audio recording of the conversation of the final discussion between the employer and employee. Where the exacted quoted words are:

"Boss: I don't accept your standard, I think you better go and find another job. Right?
I have to let you go, so what do you want to do?
You want to resign or do you want me to give you a letter?

Reply: mmm... It's up to you

Boss:Then you resign. Better for you than for me to terminate you. Ok you go out and give me the letter, That's it, I've had enough"

1) No prior warning letter was given, there was a performance review just explaining which points were not satisfactory

2) A reply was provided to counter all unsatisfactory points, but no reply afterwards.

The admins report directly to the boss. Even though there are line managers, the admins are responsible for almost everything

The language used in the office is abusive, from calling people incompetent to threats of firing.

Given the rough context above, is there any room for wrongful dismissal claim?
Yes, last month salary was paid.

Is it possible for MOM / TADM to step in and investigate?

EDIT: This isn't about compensation, it's about getting the company investigated for it's employee abuse.
Inside people are willing to testify or speak out if questioned by MOM. But they are too afraid to whistleblow because of job security.

Not enough context. Must see your standard of work. If it's up to standard, fight for it. Show them that they cannot anyhow.

Can’t meet standards and asked to leave means termination lor... if everyone who can’t meet targets/standards complain about wrongful dismissal and expect MoM to do something then MoM very boh eng.

Can bring up to MOM but they take damm long to reply

6 months or more seriously.
TS given the situation just move on, no point harping on it
unless they own you salary/unpaid components than raise to MOM.

Regardless of the situation, remember this.
MOM/TADM will side with employer, unless you got evidence
that they broke employment act/contract than case
will be strong.

actually why pple thinks comlany bave a obligation or owe you a living.

if your performance not what the boss like then too bad, argue also no use. can only say the working style not suitable loh.

i wonder sometimes if is company paying or MOM paying the salary.

if im the boss and MOM come ask me.. i tell them to pay the salary then i keep the worker loh.. the worker performance not up to my standard you dont fire then do charity meh?

this is a game u will not win. even if u complain and mom get involved do u think u still want to stay in this place?

best thing to do is not to waste a single sec, resign and do it fast b4 company change mind and terminate u instead tat will be bad for u.

some times its not just abt ability its also chemistry some ppl just cant work w some ppl and some just dislike each other.

i cant comment whether the company have case or not since i dont know wat transpired. in my professional life i seen all kinds of staff and many types of bosses i will say its not a light hearted decision to ask ppl to go.

anyway cut losses do the smart thing do not be moved by mood.
