what is the name of this "flagship" store? is it genuine?

xiaomi singapore has a few outlets, one of them is in suntec city, they are offerring excellent services.
I think currently there are a few different xiaomi authorised retailers in Singapore. Not from Xiaomi but more of appointed. To be honest, Singapore market is big enough if they were to bring their aircon, oven, tv, fridge, washing machine over. However, I presume many folks in SG may still prefer to buy from the incumbents from Panasonic, LG, Sony, Sharp etc. They think Xiaomi is a China brand and sucks

Service and support can be as important since the average buyer goes for value and features first.
So a company that just sells at a low price but doesn’t back up their product will lose customers in the long run.

I suspect these so-called authorised online xiaomi shop are not really authorized by xiaomi.

They are giving xiaomi a bad name.

xiaomi has a few physical stores in singapore and their services are good.

Anyone can find any useful information apart from the spec sheet on the website for the upcoming P1? Went around to Xiaomi stores to ask about the specs, all they could quote is the website specs, messaged them on FB no reply also.

Serious? So far didn’t see them carry tv. Even they do, their price is like a sledgehammer hitting you. Haha!

That is the issue with good brand but **** service. Apple came to setup store years ago and we didn’t look back. Best for Xiaomi to do the same but Singapore small market

yeah, really crap. like pushing from one number (cust SVC) to another (service dept) to yet another (tech). but no real action done.

and it was bought from "Xiaomi flagship store" on Lazada, who verifies it's the same as the physical stores in singapore. they are now bringing in the Q1 for 2.5k.

knn, can't imagine if paid 2.5k after 2 months screen died. that's 1.2k of TV "rental fees" per month!

Just blast them at all social media. Xiaomi should come to SG and setup like Apple. Got tax incentive etc. Don’t let those clowns manage and damage their reputation

The staff who pick up are poorly trained... so everyone doesn't know what to do... maybe you go down to the Suntec shop personally to check?
