I think based on current set of data, the FOMC meeting on 22nd March has 75% chance of 25 basis point hike while 25% for 0 basis points, but in my opinion 50 basis point will be better :D

Can only increase and bail out problematic banks…. Inflation if run unabated will hv more devastating impact.

if u cant service the loan, in the first place, why did u take such a big amt? U can sell it just like the banks are selling their bonds..

sell it before recession and no one wants to buy if cannot take it…
i make a mistake is it too late ? :( I wait aft fed talk then 🔥 sale or not will consider. Thks for advice 🙏

Will Increase 0.25 bps.

banks now can borrow $$ from fed if they face liquidity issues, so no problemo.

just duno if they able to repay back or not in high interest rates environment 😂

Think they ghost slow first.
Raise 0.25.
And see the next quarter CPI results. :eek:

How much is chiu interest now? Cannot cover by rental?
Ppl think cover rental only but got maintenance fees property tax recently increase also repairs my tenant make spoil I need to repair :(
