Hmm, comparable to Vivifi, Singtel network.

Anyway, he doesnt have wifi at home, so he needs more data, and is cheaper than Vivifi Binge of $18.
Looks attractive! Only issue is no auto roam. Go overseas phone cannot use

Does anyone has multiple lines with Zero1? How the app interface looks like?

I want to convert all my lines to Zero1
You can go to App Store or Play Store to see the app screenshots.

Where it is mentioned on their website?

I can only find this under FAQs
Roaming Voice and SMS services are available by default when you purchase Zero1 mobile plan. These are Pay-As-You Roam services and there are no recurring monthly subscription fee or additional surcharge to use them. You will be only charged based on the Roaming Voice or SMS rates and the charges will be reflected in the current usage bill.

It should be a postpaid plan (prepaid plan disguised as postpaid), similar to GOMO whereby it is automatically renewed every 30 days or Heya whereby you need to top up at shops every 30 days.

Previously Jumbo plans could only be renewed via retailers (online and offline) but recently they allowed for debit/credit card auto renewal so long as your card information is in the Zero1 wallet.

Just to be 100% sure, you can comment on their Facebook page to ask.

Yes I ported out to CL Postpaid after staying in Z1 Jumbo for about 3 months.

These are all “postpaid plans” for the purposes of porting regardless of how you pay your bills. That includes M1 Maxx and Heya.

Just realize this jumbo plan is monthly so may not forever be $12. Luckily no contract so can port out but others like vivifi / giga plan are permanent price

The Jumbo 60 and 100 plans have been around for more than a year already (since Apr 2021 source: https://en.ocworkbench.com/singapor...0-gb-plan-to-counter-tpg-mobile-10-for-50-gb/).

But only recently they allowed automatic renewal via debit/credit card for convenience. It looks to me that this price will continue for sometime. In fact their other 6u and 50u plans don’t make much sense now.

What’s the extra data charge for jumbo plan? Exceed 60GB no data, how much need top up or it would automatically charged you?

If you opt for recurring payment, your plan will be auto renewed every 30 days. Or once 60GB has been used up.

The above is taken from their response to one of the comments on their Facebook page. So I guess it may be double edged for the automatic renewal via debit/credit card if you regularly exceed the data limit, but don’t want the next charge to occur before 30 days is up. 60 GB is honestly a lot of data to exceed though.

Auto renew when 60Gb used up is quite bad imo. Cannot use up all the data like that, have to end at 59GB on the last day to avoid getting charged earlier.

Lets put it very bluntly, Jumbo plans are tailored for foreign workers. Firstly, they do have any credit card to pay monthly bills like locals so they can pay at neighborhood shops. Secondly, the moment they are return to their own country, the line they hold will be terminate automatically once they do not pay for the coming month with no string attached.
Since Zero1 now has the facility to allow credit card deduction, that ease the inconvenience if locals also wanna sign up Jumbo plans.

I'm quite surprised they allow credit card deduction now, cause that would incur extra fees for them cutting into their probably pretty thin profit margin on the Jumbo plans.

They have to pay the handphone shops too. Assuming it's $1/txn, it would still be quite a big percentage.
So actually CC payment isn't going to cost that much more.

Handphone shops double as a promotion/advertising benefit to them. CC topups only incur extra costs for them with existing customers.
