Zym mobile - dead ? No response

Hi any bros here have a way to contact Zym mobile?

I Whatsapp them on their website contact number and wrote an email found on their fb to contact their support to terminate my line.

It has been 1 month and they have not responded and still continue to invoice my card.

Any help or advice ? Do I really need to take leave and visit their HQ at 53 UBI CRESCENT?

If you want to switch to another Telco, just sign up with the new Telco, no need to inform Zym.

If just want to terminate the line, I also dunno how. Remove the credit card info in billing?

They have stores in plaza sing and vivo as well the Samsung stores there under them

This type $10 plan must expect 0 customer service. Same as fly budget airline, cheap but at ur own risk.

Their hotline tiagong is "outsourced" one.

So expect certain accent, IF you got through....

Thanks bro. Just to be sure I have the latest version of the app, I reinstalled it. There are only 4 options below in the App. i.e. HOME/PLANS/INBOX/MESSAGE.

I am looking my HOME (scrolled way to bottom) and PLANS page. I do not have the CANCEL ACCOUNT option like yours. and there is no version v2.0.2 indicated ib my app as well. Strange ? (PS I do not know how to insert images in this forum, it requires some URL)

App cannot cancel and cannot remove credit card for billing as well. caught between a stone and a hole.
Huh??? Website also cannot cancel or remove? Simba also can cancel remove credit card details.

Thanks ! I found the CANCEL ACCOUNT link in my profile but when I clicked it, it sent me to the WhatsAPP number (i.e. 80404040) for customer service account which in the first place is not responding...
