Under your phone settings SIM manager does your sim card show as Unknown Number? mine does. Previously my number was there when it ported in. Now it became unknown number. Not sure if its related.

Yes mine shown as unknown number as well.

Restarted phone again just now and calls services are restored. Tested calls, messages and data again and everything is working fine already. SIM Manager reflects phone no. correctly as well. Thanks all for your help!

Mine literally just got fixed. All the way my number was untagged from my sim card throughout this 4 hours. The moment Zym agent ask me to try restart phone again because their backend did something, I could see my number tagged again even before restarting but still couldn't call. Restarted and all systems back to normal.

For anyone's info should you encounter this issue. Definitely needed Zym's backend assistance.

I usually listen to Youtube while driving or walking from my home to nearby places to buy things. Today while I was outside, I encountered at least 3 times where the Youtube app says I am offline. I also tried loading a webpage on Chrome which also failed.
Is this a common problem with Zym? When I was with M1, even though I get 4G connection most of the time, I never encountered Youtube going offline.

Was thinking of porting over because of the free sim card promo. Sad to see that this promo is not available anymore.

Didn't port over earlier because I still had credit balance in my Eight account. Got the top up promo early this year which could last till this month.
