Under your phone settings SIM manager does your sim card show as Unknown Number? mine does. Previously my number was there when it ported in. Now it became unknown number. Just ported my grandma's no to zym from simba, also received email confirmation from simba that the no. terminated on their end.
Zym app also reflects current prorated bill and no. correctly. However, she can only receive messages and use data but can't make calls in/out.
Restarted phone and reinserted sim card as well no help. Is it the no. not fully ported over yet on backend as according to their clause up to 5 business days or some settings I can adjust on my end?

Mine literally just got fixed. All the way my number was untagged from my sim card throughout this 4 hours. The moment Zym agent ask me to try restart phone again because their backend did something, I could see my number tagged again even before restarting but still couldn't call. Restarted and all systems back to normal.Restarted phone again just now and calls services are restored. Tested calls, messages and data again and everything is working fine already. SIM Manager reflects phone no. correctly as well. Thanks all for your help!

PSA: Did another port in today at Zym Retailer Ion for Roam Plus Plan. They said the free 3GB sim card promo ended on 30 Sep so they cant issue me one even though I mentioned that their FAQ still shows it. Oh well.
Anyways. Zym 5G NSA speeds at Orchard 437Mbps, Latency 14ms.

the reason i chose Zero1 over Zym is because of esim availability in the former.Hopefully they launch their eSIM soon, Zero1 already have it
