Using TP to convert is another confusion. Cos my understanding is silver 1.5 GP = 1TP while Gold is 2 GP = 1TP.
PP is only tied to TP and not to be confused with GP use for spending or playing. Wonder why they don't call GP as GD Genting Dollars like in Genting Malaysia.

GD pattern more than badminton, they changed the system 4times since I first visited last March. First cruise credits, then nights, then 0 fee entitlement and now PP. Anyway, they give me free cabin I will go, if they stop giving, I will stop visiting too.
RWG did the same, beginning of this year, they stopped giving free hotel stay at GG and Maxim, I stopped going Genting, now they give me free stay up to 4nights and I have booked my Aug trip.
Once again, I am no big fish, probably just a player that know how to prolong playtime, roll & earn PP/GP better than other players.

Am sure many regulars can't really be bothered with these. There's a saying of 'nothing can block the way of a gambler if he or she wants to gamble'. They sure have way to get comp or onboard one or other ways.

Was suspicious of them using USD conversion too when they were still using Cruise Credit or Cruise Bonus earlier. At least we all know 1TP = 325PP (Slots) or 450PP (Table Games) but whether USD or SGD is unknown. Furthermore there's still unclear equation of how much gaming to earn 1 TP. Play within your mean.

2nd Cabin booking only available to Gold tier and above. Majority of these should not have problem to earn enough extra point to make the sub booking.
Vey Positive Attitude. I am sure Genting would happy to hear this, 'nothing can block the way of a gambler if he or she wants to gamble' .....and get Comps.

Sure way to get Comps is to play more.

So how much is your calculated loss to get a Comp week end cruise. You need to get 5000PP. Using the figures in the chart of 1TP=325PP you need to get 15.4TP. In SGD using the conversion of 1.37 it works out to be 21TP. From my previous Roulette ETG play I have bought 1TP by paying $75. Assuming they have bump up this figure to $100, then it means you have to pay $2100 for the week end cruise. If you include port charges and taxes for 2, add on another $250.

How Genting allot their TP for other games could vary quite a bit from this. I think it will be higher for Slots.

The 2nd cabin booking would cost 4 times or $8400 if you play Roulette. Make more sense to purchases paying cash for this.

One earned GP first and then convert to TP. Conversion depending on card tier.
New - 1: 1
silver - 1.5 : 1
gold - 2 : 1
GP used for spending, TP determined card tier and PP used for cabin redemption. I think this is quite clear.
I could be wrong.

At least the TP and GP accumulation should run in parallel. Example for Slot Play, immediately after you pressed the Spin button, you will earn say 0.01TP while GP will be 1x, 1.5x, 2x etc based on your Card Tier so for Gold Card you will get 0.02GP.

Not sure about PP if is earned together or after last day of cruise. For the old Cruise Credit or Cruise Night etc, these were only reflected in your account after you disembarked. If earned same time during play, you might get 3.25PP for 0.01TP.

GP has a validity period of either 1 or 2years depends on your Card Tier and Active Status.

TP is reviewed or reset every 6mths. If you earn 60TP within the 6mths you will be upgraded to Gold Card or 600TP to Platinum.

Currently you will no earn any GRP since PP started. PP can also be used for retail at 100PP = 1USD. The last i went was 2 weeks ago fri dep no more GP. PP earned is immediate. Like wise PP can also be used for slot or table which you can covert using the Kisok

I heard 26JUL & 16AUG maybe have slots tournament.

Previously Tier point is converted to GP for general spending not vice versa. Anyway it's a new system now. Members with remaining GP can only be used for spending 1GP To 1SGD. Its all new system under plus points now.

When I was on the ship last weekend, I was the slot tournament when I log into my account in Kiosk. But I did not redeemed because I thought they will have my record and I can book when offshore. But then when I call to book room, they said can not see my entitlement of slot tournament. Do you have to redeem it onboard?

Were you able to choose your machine from those linked in tournament during the first prelim round or was it allocated to you?

Chances are many of the winners could have been preselected if is allocated to you.

I recalled joined one on Virgo long ago when the tournament was held on Deck 12 Galaxy of the Star. You will choose from a stack of backfaced cards to determine which machine to play. This I agreed is pure luck.

I have never calculated the point earning based on calculated loss as I do win sometime and still earned point.

However I do agree that there is possibility that the calculation could be related to the HA. This is probably why slots play earn point faster than table.

Have you been invited before for tournament?

Most tournaments are on invitational basis probably is what they meant by 'entitlement'.

Recently saw the promo onboard that you can join upon earned 50TP but maybe have to redeem onboard.
