A vb told me lol in vietnamese means pu$$y. Is it true? Lol
i heard this before as well, but it's either old or it's inaccurate. lồn means pu$$y so maybe it used to be a slang to say lol instead. just like how cứt means sh*t but people type cuc instead.

Maybe it is just a play on words or pronounciation.

i think it's more of short form, especially when they don't write the intonations.

Other than Sapa, where else is good to travel to in Hanoi or northern vietnam?

Also, is it advisable to DIY a 3d2n trip to Sapa?

This time of year not advisable to go Sapa (harvesting season over). I would suggest Ninh Binh and Halong Bay. These are my suggestions (for nature lovers) after my own travelling research.

Not saying now go to Sapa but in general. I went to HLB on my trip last week, so might consider Ninh Binh. Is it a landscape place like Sapa/HLB?

ya... sure. i'm just saying first time hear someone go oc restaurant with the objective of hooking up with a girl. it's equivalent to going to a bookstore with the objective of hooking up with a girl, which actually sounds more feasible

i went to the bitexco one. 2 person total bill around $48 SGD. hard to tell u the price but depends on what u order? if u want the price of all the individual items, i don't have it.

Queue wise, what i did was i called in first, they asked for my number and told me i will be given a priority queue when i arrive and provide my number to them. that's what i did and i was given a table in just 30 minutes.

The way Vietnam celebrates Christmas is pretty wild. Everyone in xmas spirit, streets lit up with decorations, kids dressed up, people spending a lot of money at restaurants this week, mall carpark lines jam up the roads outside.

quite surprising for a country that is dominantly buddhist and taoist...
