@gniljia, try my instruction on the 2nd post today to see if you can view Healthy 365 grant on Fitbit website.

For me, I actually went to Revoke Access, then tried linking again at Healthy 365. But that only worked like 1 day later. And since I have done that only once, I dare not recommend to you. HPB took about 5 days to reply to my emails. I think they were very busy. If this is still true, you can risk the revoke access. It's really up to you.

@gniljia ok. I think could really mean need to wait for HPB. That time, I was also communicating with HPB. Hence, I do not know whether it worked because I revoked access or HPB did something at the backend.

The last thing I can think of is ‘reboot your phone’. Apple beginning to feel like Microsoft.

I just bought a Fitbit Versa from Australia and wondering what happens if I need servicing in future.

Is Fitbit Versa warranty international?

I just bought a Fitbit Versa from Australia and wondering what happens if I need servicing in future.
there is no servicing centre in singapore nor is there any servicing point in sg.

the local distributor just sells the product here.

what happens is that you are required to approach fitbit directly via FB or website support to tell them the issue. once they deemed requiring replacement, they will generate the RMA form and info for you to make an exchange locally.

I suppose the australian qualifies for exchange here provided you still have the receipt arh..

Australia store was selling at $219 after discount... The saving was significant for me to take the risk of getting it as export set
