Anyway to share image of those unwanted files ? You don't want to accidentally delete the wrong files.

If it's restore points, you can limit the maximum usage in system advance settings

Use Disk Cleaner (built-in app) to remove. After launching, click on 'Clean up system files'. Basically, you can check all boxes.

It could be older builds of Windows created as backup prior to upgrading to the latest build.

Download > WizTree finds the files and folders using the most disk space on your hard drive
Run and scan C: Drive

If you are not sure what/how to delete do post screenshot here.

Usually it would be about 20GB.

Use Treesizefree portable to check which folder is taking up all the spaces.
If Windows.old folder, this one can delete no problem.
Any other folders, you need to screenshot then can advise accordingly.
