Most efficient way to ctrl+C then hold ctrl+v for thousands of duplicates

Hi,

I'm trying to copy the same image and then bulk rename them accordingly.

Anyone has any idea what is the fastest way to copy+paste images... say 10000 times onto the same folder? So it'll be xyz.jpg, xyz - Copy.jpg, xyz - Copy (2).jpg all the way to xyz - Copy (10000).jpg

Tried holding ctrl+v but it'll lag up and hang after some time

Anyone knows of any cmd instructions that can do that with just 1-2 lines of command?

Thanks in advance!
