Lao auntie here is total computer idiot..... please help me.
I am using an ACER desktop with preinstalled WINDOWS 10 and it is partitioned by factory in C and D drives.
I put all my data into D drives.
Now the Computer somehow gets very slow (despite a functioning and updated McAfee) and i keep scanning and there is no virus.
Looks like i have to reformat only the C drives.
D drives have nearly 400 GB of data files, and too troublesome to copy and re-load.
Please teach me how to format only the C drives without affecting the D drives.
(Another reason, the C drive has STORE that i cannot absolutely remember the password to the outlook.com account)
