latest update reduce on power consumption.
RAM usage also cut down alot, from usual 2.2GB to now 2.8GB.
battery wise should be more lasting.

using power efficient "UC mini", really can save more minutes of SOT every %.
downside is the loading speed is not as fast as chrome.

This is definitely one of the best phones I've ever had in terms of battery life. No qualms about it. It is the only phone in which I can go out with 50% battery and still have no worries and not bring a powerbank with me.

I think the cheapest is buy from qoo10 now. $888-$100(cart coupon)-$50(seller coupon)=$738. But today is the last day to use the $100 cart coupon.

cheapest from elsewhere is about $780.
why get from Huawei at $888?
Where to get it for $780?
Would it be an SG set with 2 year SG warranty?
From what I see on qoo10 now, Huawei is selling for 888-50 = 838.
~And I see 835 on Mobilesquare website.~
EDIT: oops, $835 that I saw on Mobilesquare was S7. MS website doesn't have Mate8.

By default, we're all talking about the 64GB variant right?

I see that Lazada has other sizes and colors.

Does the phone package comes with a pre-fixed screen protector and a flipped cover? See this from youtube unpacking video. For local version it is the same?
