hi all,
It is the time for us to do something with starhub,
Today I received the bill with 50SGD for data usage by gprs.
I only use wireless, but starhub they put the trap around us, when the phone cannot connect to wireless it connect to gprs, and starhub let it conect without any settings. I always thought that we need to set up the phone to connect gprs. Another case, starhub start new service download mp3, let my friend download free, then after that they never de activate the service, and my friend make mistake, another 100 bucks for his mistake. The way they do bussiness is putting the trap around us, and wait for us make mistake, or accident then they punish us. Should we do something, anybody know where in Singapore can protect customers?
Thanks.
