Scenario Topic

Having killed Yuan Shao at Jie Qiao, Gongsun Zan was the de facto ruler of Nei Bei. Yuan's sons were unable to put up much resistance. Cao Cao had been killed during the battles against Lu Bu, who used the momentum to crush and kill Liu Bei and Tao Qian in Xu. Sun Ce attacked Liu Yao of Wu and met his end by the hands of Taishi Ci. All over China, rebellions occured and once so safe edge-region-governors' territories were thrown into chaos

I have altered some officers. Lack of fitting officers forced me to increase Zhu Jun's lifespan, as well as reviving Xu Rong, Hu Zhen and Fan Chou, who were not killed during the war in Xiliang. Also, the free officers in Xin Ye (Xiahou Yuan, Xiahou De, Xun You and Liu Ye) dislike Lu Bu. The surviving Caos who come to age while Lu Bu's still alive (Cao Pi and Cao Zhen) also dislike him. Pang Xi dislikes Liu Xun and vice versa, Han Sui dislikes Li Jue.

Ya, thanks. I think last time got ppl custom all the 水浒传 characters based on the old PS2 Bandit Kings stats but can't find leh.

i have the custom file for the chinese version. problem is that it will over write some of your custom pictures and custom characters if you have any.

i am aware of the english forums, but honestly i don't use them that often since i play it in chinese (no translation).

i am still trying to find the other hidden characters that are available in the wii version that are listed in the-scholars.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=21582 - managed to find a custom file with all of the characters on a chinese forum (ali-something or netshow i think), albeit with some non official portraits, but i cannot download it due to the chinese forum style of requiring credits to download files. can't find it anywhere else either. if you follow the discussion i posted you can see some of the links.

the water marsh characters are not based on a scenario file, but in individual created character files and custom picture files for those characters in order to input the official portraits for use on the pc. got these from a chinese forum. these were created based on the extra characters in the jp ps2 version if i am not wrong. note that if you have existing created characters and custom portrait files there may be severe conflicts due to the way they created these custom characters and picture files. see the-scholars.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=22021 for more information on the characters. the pictures are from the game itself as far as i can tell.

if you want to ask the koei forum to create the data for the 18 other hidden officers i mentioned, you can refer to www4.atwiki.jp/sangokushi11/pages/76.html - however, they also do not have the official portrait.

managed to find back the page (game.ali213.net/thread-1407061-1-1.html) with the created files for the 18 other hidden officers. the creator could not find the other portraits other than the three on the jp official website so i think he got some custom pictures which are somewhat similar to the official ones. this is the file i cannot download because of the credits thing.

I have the PUK traditional chinese game too, but i have not play it yet....That's because i'm still enjoying this English version game


Furthermore, my chinese not very good, will need some time to get used to it

i play the chinese version because of puk, basically. my command of the chinese language is also terrible, i was a d7 c6 for chinese o levels type of student. i also had the english version but the chinese puk version was just so much better. just couldn't continue playing the english version before having played the chinese puk.

anyway i stopped playing for quite a while already...

Some of the major battles had the opposite issue. Now, there is no Three Kingdoms. Gongsun Zan managed to repel Yuan Shao. Cao Cao was defeated at Pu Yang by Lu Bu, and repeled by Yuan Shao at Guan Du. Ma Chao resisted Cao Cao. Cao Cao won the Red Cliff Battle. Guan Yu never died and Meng Huo is still rebellious.
