I thought the carbs are naturally occurring kind. :o

So if someone is trying to loss fats, then they should opt for low fat milk? I'm not on fat loss, but just curious.

Milk is pretty hi in carbs so folks embarking to lose fat shouldn't drink milk just as they should cut off all starches like rice, potaotes & other starchy roots. Natural carbs & starches are OK if one is trying to bulk up & gain lean muscle mass. Carbs do have their place in certain dietary conditions but no when one is trying to lose fat.

If concerned about the nutrients in milk, don't get those in transparent/translucent bottles (e.g Meiji, Vishnu).
Florescent light is known to destroy the nutrients in milk, after exposure of about 4 hrs.
For direct sunlight, think its around 5 minutes.
Protein in the milk will degrade and be broken down too.

If one wants to gain muscle mass but drink low fat milk so can eat more of other food without exceeding calories intake.
Does that make sense to you? Or one should just stick with 100% milk?

Sure but it depends on the person how thin the person is: if the person is really skinny, then drink lots of milk. If he/she is just slim then don't drink so much otherwise it'll turn to fat instead. Obviously skim or low fat milk has less calories than whole milk but both have the same amount of lactose which makes up the carbs fr milk & skim milk tastes pretty flat compared to whole milk.

Yup, plus I read on Wiki that low fat milk has more lactose because of the process they use to get rid of the fat or smth like that.
