Order from Bodybuilding.com and it's not arriving yet

3 months? Sorry to say but it is probably lost..usually it takes minimum 3 weeks, with 4 weeks being the longest that I've had.

I'm guessing that the parcels are just left in a gigantic storeroom and if you're unlucky your stuff is left in a corner untouched and uncleared by customs..

Sian I this week waitin for the 6th week and really regret order DHL super saver. This is my last time going use his mode.

Mine was ordered on 7 June 2012 and till now i have not received yet. when i checked DHL Globalmail for my status, it showed till Carson.... then I have emailed bb.com to check and they told me it's stucked at Singapore Customs and it was about 2 weeks ago. Luckily it's only Infinite Labs MassPort total US$58. now i try to order from iherb during promo which is faster. their express could just be a bit higher than bb.coms supersaver, that will guarantee there will be no loss or extremely late arrival. I know it it is no fault of bb.com as DHL has updated the status though it is not a full one which proved that bb.com did ship out the item. It's just that it might be Deliver Halfway Lost.

My order of fish oil and ps 100 Phosphatidylserine shipped on 1st May till now not delivered. Chat with BB.com few times and was told stuck at custom etc etc. Sigh ,probably have to take the loss of $200+ and treat the parcel as lost in transit

I received my both orders made on 28 Jul and it came. And up to now my 5 Jul order still still haven come. is my 5 jul order considered screwed?

Mine is exactly 3 months already. Emailed bb.com again and they can reply so promptly that it is still with our customs (i believe without checking). I've stopped ordering from bb.com already. Will call DHL Globalmail tomorrow morning.

Then you should be able to see where it is. Bb.com cant do anything if the package has alrdy left their warehouse. Its up to the postal service to do their part. You get what you pay for i suppose.

If the parcel is rejected by Customs it could be because the manifest indicate items that are not approved by HSA, eg 12 yrs ago CoQ10 was listed in MOH's Poison List booklet.

The rejected parcel would be returned to sender, ie bb.com. In that case you should get your full retail cost credited back to you & not their production cost; your los should only be the shipping component.

i ordered from them on 8th august and till not still no here yet, my past experiences is that it'll arrived by the 2nd week even with the super saver, dont know what's up with them this time round
