I agree the help desk could not have been better. I have manage to do some troubleshooting and have narrow Down the cause to be my trend micro. Once I disabled it the ping time and upload time goes back to what it should be. Going to SLS to get kaspersky hope that will be ok.

You have my sympathy :-'( ... I but i think you should contact the helpdesk immediately and get them to look into the problem rather than sharing it here...That will be a quicker way to help you. VQ helpdesk is indeed very responsive and helpful (.. so far... ;-)..).
Sharing here does really not help you much ...Go straight to the source .. My 5 cents worth..
