Thanks very kind 😄 I agree the help desk could not have been better. I have manage to do some troubleshooting and have narrow Down the cause to be my trend micro. Once I disabled it the ping time and upload time goes back to what it should be. Going to SLS to get kaspersky hope that will be ok.



Hey Chiew,

You have my sympathy :-'( ... I but i think you should contact the helpdesk immediately and get them to look into the problem rather than sharing it here...That will be a quicker way to help you. VQ helpdesk is indeed very responsive and helpful (.. so far... ;-)..).

Sharing here does really not help you much ...Go straight to the source .. My 5 cents worth..

Anyone noticed surfing china's websites like Baidu is very slow during the past few days?

The speed is fine previously so not sure what went wrong?

Norton AV works ok for me and also the free Avast too..

i just up a baba to level 32, really got 2 to 3 times dc from bizzard server when using whirlwind. noticed both my 2 com network is still running in network status icon. confirm this is bizzard bug if u google search the result.


For those on VQ and play Diablo 3 regularly, can I confirm if you face any disconnection from the server(no error codes) halfway during barb's whirlwind?
The barbarian should have Frenzy active and halfway using Whirlwind, the disconnection should occur.

Im not sure if this is a bug on Blizzard's end or it is simply an upstream issue on VQ's end. Your reply will help to isolate this issue
Have opened a Blizzard ticket too

Hi. It seems the old issue of any traffic to starhub linked servers are once again rerouting through NTT Japan again. This is in regards to Valve's Official Dota2 servers.

Defense of the Ancients 2 (DOTA 2) Servers in Singapore
